Shipping within Australia
We offer shipping to all areas within mainland Australia and Tasmania. While we dispatch as quickly as we can, we cannot guarantee delivery time as that will vary with each delivery carrier and circumstances outside of our control.
When we have packed your order and it is dispatched you will be sent confirmation via email or text with the tracking number.
We use TNT as our preferred shipping partner.
Shipping prices will vary, based on cost of order as well as weight of products and the destination the items are to be shipped to. Shipping estimates are provided once you add your items to cart and check out. This included express shipping, which can be selected at check out.
Early Learning Packages will often need to have an estimate and a separate invoice sent to be paid for the shipping before we are able to send your order.
Local Pick Up
If you prefer, we offer local pick up from our factory in Tottenham, Victoria.
When ordering online, please choose local pick up from the delivery options.
Local pick up will be available as soon as your order is dispatched, and you will be emailed to be notified that your order is ready for pick up.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to most areas. If you live an area that is not supported by shipping when trying to check out on our website, contact us for a quotation to ship the items to you.
Rates are calculated during check out, destination duties and taxes are the responsibility of the receiver.
Packaging
We are aiming to be as sustainable as possible, in our products and also in our packaging.
We pack our orders using recycled paper and cardboard boxes. The only items that are not recyclable from our packaging is the tape on the box, and at present time, our satchels (although we will be updating these for eco-satchels very soon!).
